The whole property is one 57 m² apartment with a king bed for up to two guests. It has air conditioning, a TV, a desk, a closet, linens, toiletries and a hair dryer, along with a washing machine and free instant coffee. The apartment has one bathroom, and it is private to the guests who book it.

Because the apartment is let as a whole, its 57 m² is yours alone during your visit. The bedroom and the living space are part of one apartment, so there is no shared room to think about.

The neighbourhood is busy in the daytime, with markets and food stalls spilling onto the pavements, and the Chao Phraya river is close by, with boats crossing to the temples on the far bank of the old city, and the sights of Rattanakosin island are a walk away from the building.

Around the building, the Wat Lak Muang city pillar shrine is right next to the apartment, and the Samran Rat Fresh Market is a few hundred metres away. Sam Yot MRT station is 450 m off, and Khaosan Road, the well-known street of guesthouses and bars, is 1.2 km away. The Grand Palace is 1.4 km from the apartment, and Wat Arun lies across the river.

Bangkok's two airports are Don Mueang, 21 km away, and Suvarnabhumi, 27.4 km away, both reached by road. A day could start at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha inside the Grand Palace complex, then cross to Wat Arun by ferry and finish with a walk back along Khaosan Road. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is a longer trip for a weekend morning.
