All the apartments have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. They range from 17 m² to 55 m² and come as studios or two-bedroom layouts.

The two-bedroom apartments sleep up to four guests, while the studios sleep two. Each apartment has a hair dryer, towels and a fan, and the bathrooms are stocked with toiletries.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the public areas also have internet access. Daily housekeeping is provided, and the property is smoke-free, with non-smoking rooms. It is a more everyday side of the city than the tourist districts around the old town, and the neighbourhood feels local rather than touristy. The hotel is a short walk from the Skytrain.

Sai Yud BTS Station is 150 m away, and Phahon Yothin 59 BTS Station is 450 m away, so the Skytrain is the main link to the central districts. Don Mueang International Airport is 2.8 km away, while Suvarnabhumi Airport is farther out across the city. Nearby, Wat Amarawararam is a temple with a pagoda, Anniversary Park offers green space, and Lad Pla Khao Market, a local market, is a short ride away.

A good day could start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 11.5 km away and one of the biggest markets in Bangkok, and continue with the Royal Thai Air Force Museum, which is 4 km from the hotel. In the evening, the streets around the hotel have food stalls and small shops, a simple way to end the day in the neighbourhood. For the historic riverside temples and the Grand Palace, plan a separate trip into the centre.
