Every apartment at Marriott's Phuket Beach Club has two bedrooms and a garden view, and they sleep between three and seven guests. Apartments measure 98 m² or 110 m², and several have a balcony. With two bedrooms in each apartment, groups can split the space in a way that works for them, and the apartments with a balcony also have outdoor space.

Some apartments have a bathtub, others have a kitchenette, and extra beds depend on the apartment you choose. A baby cot can be requested from the hotel, subject to availability. Guests have access to the hotel's pool, spa and restaurants.

Marriott's Phuket Beach Club has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa with massage, body scrub and body wrap treatments, a sauna and a yoga room. Canoeing, diving, snorkelling and tennis are also offered, and there is a golf course on site.

For younger guests there is a kids club, a playground and a babysitting service. Restaurants include a coffee shop, a poolside bar and a snack bar, and 24-hour room service is available to guests in their rooms.

Mai Khao is a quiet part of Phuket's coast, with a long sandy beach that is also a nesting ground for sea turtles. Marriott's Phuket Beach Club sits in the Mai Khao Talang area, and the hotel feels calmer than the busier beaches around Patong and Karon, which are considerably farther away. Phuket has its own international airport and is linked to the mainland by bridge, so the island is easy to reach by air or by road.

Sai Kaew Beach is 150 m away, and the Mai Khao Marine Turtle Foundation is 250 m from the hotel. A mangrove forest trail at Tha Chat Chai, 2.7 km away, runs through the coastal mangroves, and Phuket International Airport is 6.5 km away. The Sarasin Bridge, which connects the island with the mainland, is also close by, and the area around the hotel is quieter than the main resort towns.

For a full day out, the Big Buddha is 37.9 km away, a large white seated statue on the hills near Chalong, and Patong, with its nightlife and busy beaches, is farther away still. For a quieter afternoon, spend time by the pool and then walk to Sai Kaew Beach, which is close enough to reach on foot.
