Wat Pluk Sattha, a pagoda, is 500 m from the hotel, and the Suvarnabhumi Flea Market is 750 m away. The Suvarnabhumi Bus Terminal, 1.3 km away, is useful for onward journeys, while Hua Takhe Old Market and Wat Lat Krabang are a short way further on. For getting into town, the Phra Chom Klao train station is 800 m away. Wat Lat Krabang is one of several temples in the district, so visitors who want a quieter look at everyday life will find the pagoda and the markets a good introduction to the area.

A simple day could start at the pagoda and the flea market, then take in Hua Takhe Old Market before heading back to the hotel. For the Grand Palace, Wat Arun and the riverside temples of central Bangkok, it is better to set aside a separate day, as they are much further away.
