Ao Nang Beach is 3.9 km from the hotel, and Railay Beach, reached mainly by boat, is 4.6 km away. The Phra Nang shrine cave is on the Railay peninsula too. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) is 11.4 km away, a hillside temple complex. Krabi International Airport is 15.3 km away, and the hotel offers an airport transfer. Tup Island is also reached by boat from the same piers.

A good day here could start with a longtail boat from the Ao Nang piers to Railay, a swim at its beaches and a visit to the cave shrine, and then a return to town for the evening. Poda Island is a small island with its own beaches, reached by longtail boat from Ao Nang. The weekend night market in Krabi town offers food stalls for an evening visit. The Ao Nang Beach Pier and the Ao Nam Mao pier are both used for boat trips along this coast.
