A good day here starts with the Pratunam market and Platinum Fashion Mall, then continues by BTS to Siam and a walk to Jim Thompson House. In the evening, the observation deck of the Baiyoke Sky Hotel gives a view over the city skyline. For temples, the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha are in the old city, further south.
