Mali House

The accommodation is a one-bedroom house of 30 m² with a double bed, a garden view and a private bathroom. Air conditioning, a fan, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and a hair dryer are provided, along with towels, linens and toiletries. It sleeps up to two guests.

Samui Airport is on the island itself, so the transfer from the airport to the house is by road. Getting to the waterfalls and the Big Buddha means a road journey across Koh Samui, and the Mae Nam Morning Market is nearer, where local produce and everyday food are sold early in the day. Mae Nam Pier is also close by, and the island's road network connects the coast with the interior.

A good day could start at the morning market, then move to a swim at Baan Tai and a walk along the shore at Mae Nam Beach. The Big Buddha and Na Muang Waterfall are better left for a separate day of sightseeing, since both lie farther from Maenam. Walking is possible along the stretch of beach by the house, though the bigger sights need a vehicle, and the road network makes them reachable in a day.
