The villa measures 200 m² across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, a private entrance and a coffee and tea maker are part of the house, and the grounds include a private pool.

The three bedrooms share the kitchen, the private pool and the garden, and linens and a hair dryer are provided. Guests can also use the tennis court and the home theatre.

The villa has an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, along with a kitchen that includes a microwave, oven, refrigerator and stove, plus dishes and dining utensils. Barbecue facilities, grocery delivery and food delivery are also available.

Daily life follows the fishing boats and the local markets, so the area feels like a working village rather than a resort strip.

Nai Harn Beach is 2.1 km away and Rawai Beach 1.8 km, both reached by road from the villa. Big Buddha Phuket, the large white seated statue on a hilltop above the island, is 4.8 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong and one of Phuket's most revered temples, is 7 km away. Phuket International Airport is 36.3 km away.

A day could start at the fish market and Rawai Pier, where boats leave for trips to the islands, then move to the sand at Rawai Beach or Nai Harn Beach.
