Lynn Villa

Lynn Villa is a holiday home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, linens, towels, a hair dryer and toiletries, so guests have the basics for a comfortable stay from the first night.

The home sleeps up to six guests and has a private entrance, a coffee and tea maker, and a TV with satellite and cable channels. Its kitchen and its garden make it a practical base for a group or a family travelling together.

The property has free parking and a kitchen with dishes and dining utensils, a dishwasher, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator and a stove. Kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments are provided, along with a coffee or tea maker.

Inside the home there are air conditioning, a heater, linens, a washer and a private entrance, plus a desk or workspace and keyless access. Guests can use the private pool, the balcony or terrace and the garden.

For younger guests there is a crib or baby cot and a high chair, and internet access is available. The home also has a closet, an iron, a fan and body wash, and the bathroom is stocked with toiletries and towels.

Khokmakham is a residential part of Phuket, where local shops and markets sit alongside a few of the island's quieter beaches. Rawai Beach is 1.6 km away and Nai Harn Beach 1.9 km, so the sea is never far from the villa. Rawai is known for its fishing village and its seafood, and the streets nearby are lined with small shops and everyday services that suit a longer stay.

Wat Chalong, the Chaithararam Temple, is one of the most revered Buddhist temples on Phuket and lies 7.3 km away. The Big Buddha statue on its hilltop is 5 km from the villa, a large white figure that is a popular stop for the wide views over the island. Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 36.5 km away, and the Rawai fish market is close enough for an easy morning visit.

A full day can start on Nai Harn Beach, continue with the temples of Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, and finish at the Rawai fish market for fresh seafood. Afterwards, Nai Harn Beach is a good place to relax on the sand for the rest of the afternoon, before returning to the villa, where the home offers a private pool and a garden for the evening.
