The deluxe double and superior king rooms have a balcony or terrace, and the standard double room looks out to the sea. Rooms take up to three guests: the dormitory-style rooms sleep one guest in a bunk bed, while the double and king rooms sleep two. Kalim Beach, a quieter stretch of sand 1.3 km away, makes a change from the busier beach, and the Night market is a short walk from the hotel. Tiger Kingdom, 3.4 km away, is one of the better-known attractions of the area, and the Night market stays busy into the evening.

A typical day can start on Patong Beach and end at the Night market, with Bangla Road for the bars after dark and a quieter stretch of sand at Kalim Beach for a change of scene. Excursions further afield, such as Big Buddha Phuket and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), are easy to plan from the resort and make a good change from the beach. Phuket International Airport is 23.5 km from the hotel, and the hotel offers an airport transfer and car hire.
