Closer to the villa are Jungceylon Shopping Center, the large mall in Patong, and Bangla Road, the street known for its nightlife. In the evening, the streets around Bangla Road fill up, and the night market at Banzaan adds food stalls and small shops nearby. Wat Suwan Khiriwong, a Buddhist temple, sits close by too, and Kalim Beach lies a little further north along the same coast.

A day out can start at the Big Buddha on the hills above Chalong, then continue to Wat Chalong, one of the island's best-known temples, or to Phuket FantaSea, the cultural theme park in Kamala, which offers shows and performances that can fill an evening. Phuket International Airport is 24.1 km from the villa, so the airport is reached by road from Patong.
