The villa offers 700 m² of space for up to 14 guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. The private bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower, and bathrobes, towels and toiletries are provided. The villa has air conditioning as well.

Guests also have a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a barbecue grill, a washer, a garden and a balcony or terrace, along with the private pool and the hot tub.

Tambon Rawai sits at the southern end of Phuket, a fishing village with a harbour and a fresh produce market close to the villa. It is quieter than the busier resort strips, such as Patong Beach at 10.9 km, and the Viset Tourist Fruit Market is only a short walk away. Nai Harn Beach, a sandy bay, lies 3.5 km away, and Kata and Karon beaches are also within a short drive, so there are several sandy shores to choose from. For public transport into town, the Phuket Town Local Bus Station is 12.1 km from the villa.

Big Buddha Phuket, a large statue on a hill, is 4 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is the island's best-known Buddhist temple at 5.7 km. Rawai Pier is close by and is the departure point for boat trips to nearby islands. Having a car or scooter makes the temples and the beaches easy to reach from the villa.

A good day could start at Wat Chalong in the morning, with a stop at the Rawai fish market, and end on the sand at Nai Harn Beach before an evening in the villa's hot tub, which is a simple way to finish a day spent exploring the south of the island.
