The apartments measure 35 to 36 m² and all have a private bathroom with a shower, towels and a hair dryer, plus an electric kettle. Capacity runs from two to three guests, and each apartment has its own bedroom, so guests sleep apart from the living area.

Beds include king and queen beds, and one apartment offers a choice of bed set-ups. Some apartments look onto the garden, others have a mountain view, and air conditioning is fitted in some apartments too.

Free parking is available at the property, and the kitchen has basics such as cookware, oils and condiments, plus coffee or tea. Guests can also use the elevator and the gym, and the property has 24-hour security. The kitchen basics are there for guests who prefer to cook for themselves during a longer visit.

Phuket FantaSea, a theme park with a cultural evening show, is 600 m from the property, and Kamala Night Market is 400 m away. Patong Beach, the best-known beach resort area on the island, is 5.1 km away and has nightlife along Bangla Road. The Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hilltop, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), a major Buddhist temple, are both reached by road.

Phuket International Airport is 17.9 km away, so a taxi or hired car is the usual way to reach the property from there. Free parking is available on site for guests who arrive by car from the airport. A day could combine Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha with an evening at Phuket FantaSea, the theme park close to the property, while Karon Beach and Kata Beach offer a different day on the sand, reached by road.
