The villa offers a garden view, a bathtub and air conditioning, with a private bathroom equipped with a hair dryer and toiletries. A TV with satellite and cable channels, a DVD/CD player, free Wi-Fi and linens complete the equipment.

Bedding is arranged as a choice of set-ups, and up to 16 guests can stay across the 680 m² of floor space. The villa is booked as a whole, so the house, its garden and its pool are shared by the group staying in it.

The setting is residential and green, a calmer alternative to the nightlife of Patong. The village has a working fishing harbour and a fish market.

Nearby, Nai Harn Beach is 1.1 km away, and Wat Nai Harn, a small temple by the bay, is close as well. Further out, Kata Beach, a busier sandy beach, is 3.1 km away, Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on the Nakkerd Hills, is 4.5 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's best-known temples, lies 7.4 km away. Both beaches are sandy and suited to a swim, and the villa's garden is a quiet place to return to after a day out.

Phuket International Airport is 36 km away, and a car or taxi is the easiest way to reach the beaches and temples, which are spread across the island. A morning at Wat Chalong and Big Buddha, then an afternoon on Nai Harn or Kata Beach, makes a full day without travelling far from the villa. Patong, the island's main nightlife area, is the place to go for a late evening.
