Air conditioning is standard in every room. The villa offers a private villa for up to 16 guests, a deluxe villa with a mountain view for up to 18, and a sea-view house with a private pool for up to 12. The rooms share the villa's on-site pool, hot tub and fitness facility.

Two of the rooms can be arranged in a choice of bed set-ups. The deluxe villa and the sea-view house each have a private bathroom, and the private villa has its own entrance. The deluxe villa also has a walk-in shower, while the sea-view house has a full kitchen, a whirlpool bathtub, a sauna and a washing machine.

The villa has an outdoor swimming pool on site, a hot tub and a fitness centre, plus a garden and a balcony or terrace. Guests can also use a bar, a BBQ grill and BBQ facilities, and a kitchen with cookware, oils and condiments.

An airport transfer can be booked before arrival, and car hire and luggage storage are available. Free parking is provided, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with WiFi in public areas too.

Rawai is a fishing village on Phuket with a waterfront, a working pier and a local fish market. The villa sits in the village area, where the pace is relaxed and the sea is close at hand, and the surrounding streets are quiet enough for a walk in the evening. The village has a beach, a pier and a market, so the daily life of a working fishing community is never far from the villa.

Rawai Pier, 2.5 km away, is the ferry point for boats to the islands off Phuket. Nai Harn Beach, a bay with a sheltered lagoon, lies 3.3 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 4.2 km from the villa. Wat Chalong, one of the most revered temples on the island, is 5.9 km away. The Phuket Seashell Museum and the Rawai fish market are also close by, both within a few kilometres of the villa.

Phuket International Airport is 35.4 km from the villa, and an airport transfer can be booked before arrival, so the last part of the journey is arranged in advance. For a day out, combine the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong with a swim at Nai Harn Beach, then return to the villa for the pool and hot tub before dinner.
