The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with air conditioning, a TV, heating, a private entrance and a full kitchen that includes a coffee and tea maker. A hair dryer, toiletries, towels and linens are provided for guests.

The house sleeps up to four guests. Its outdoor pool is set among gardens with sea views, and the indoor pool is used for swimming laps, so both pools are available for swimming during a stay in the villa.

Rawai is a fishing town at the southern tip of Phuket, with a local character that sits apart from the busier beaches on the west coast. The southern part of the island is calmer than the nightlife areas of the west, and the villa is on Soi King Suksan 4 in Tambon Rawai, where its outdoor pool looks over gardens towards the sea.

Chalong Beach is 1.5 km away and Chalong Pier, the ferry terminal on Chalong Bay, is 2.6 km away. The Big Buddha is 3 km away, a large white statue on Nakkerd Hill and one of the best-known sights on the island. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 4.5 km away and is one of the island's best-known temples.

Kata Beach and Nai Harn Beach are close by, and both are good places for a swim after a morning at the temples. A day out can start at Chalong Pier, continue to the Big Buddha and finish with an afternoon on the sand. Phuket Town, the island's main town, is also reachable by road, and Phuket International Airport is 33.9 km away, with the villa reached from it by road along the island's main roads and bridges.
