The whole property is one apartment of 18 m², with a Queen bed, air conditioning, linens, a TV and a private bathroom. It sleeps up to two guests.

A desk, a closet, ironing facilities and a clothes dryer come with the apartment, so it works well for a longer visit to Bangkok as well as a short stay.

The apartment comes with free parking, and the property offers coffee or tea among its food and drink facilities. Basic kitchen items include a microwave, a refrigerator and dishes with dining utensils, and a washer is available for laundry.

Other comforts include fans, ceiling or portable, keyless access, a desk with a workspace and a balcony or terrace. Internet access and WiFi are available, and linens, a hair dryer and toiletries are provided as well, so a short stay needs little packing beyond clothes.

Bang Kapi is a busy district of Bangkok where everyday life runs at street level, with food stalls, small shops and local markets lining the roads. It is more a working neighbourhood than a visitor area, and the streets around the apartment have a practical, lived-in feel. A convenience store, an ATM and a dental clinic are all within a few hundred metres of the apartment.

The Mahat Thai MRT station is 950 m away, and a second station, Lat Phrao 101, is also close. A ferry terminal, Sapan Mit Mahadthai, is 850 m away for boat trips along the canals. Further afield, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 8.6 km away and the Siam Paragon shopping centre is 9.8 km away, while the Grand Palace is 14.4 km away and Wat Arun stands on the opposite bank of the river.

A good day could begin at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is busiest at weekends, and end with a walk along the river at Asiatique, the riverfront shopping and dining complex. Visiting the Grand Palace and Wat Arun takes a longer trip across the city, so an early start works best for those two, and the Chatuchak market makes a lively contrast with the calmer temple area.
