Every room at Lily Holiday has air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries, and the rooms are supplied with towels, linens and slippers. The hotel has rooms of 30, 35 and 40 m², including a King Room with Balcony and a Standard Twin Room, both with a mountain view.

The property welcomes families: children aged 0 to 17 stay free of charge when they use the existing bedding, and an extra bed is charged at an additional cost. The rooms sleep up to four guests, and extra beds depend on the room you choose.

Patong Beach is 1.1 km away and Bangla Road, the street known for its bars and night entertainment, is 1 km away. Jungceylon Shopping Center is 750 m from the hotel. Wat Chalong, the island's most revered Buddhist temple, is a short drive south, and the Big Buddha on its hilltop is 6.7 km away.

A good day out combines a morning at Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) with an afternoon on Kata and Karon beaches, two stretches of sand a short drive south of Patong. Phuket International Airport is 25 km away, and the hotel offers an airport transfer. Kata and Karon are both on the south side of the island, so the two beaches can easily be combined in one day, with a stop at the temple on the way.
