Rooms at Leon's Loft House can have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, a hair dryer, a kettle and a refrigerator, and some rooms include air conditioning, a desk and a clothes rack. The rooms include twin and double rooms of 21 m², a 30 m² Deluxe with a city view and a 48 m² Suite with a whirlpool bathtub.

Guests who want more space can book the Suite, which sleeps up to four, and the Superior at 26 m² has a city view. The Standard Double and the Standard Twin sleep two guests each, and the Comfort Room sleeps up to three.

Leon's Loft House is in Tambon Patong, a short walk from the main beach and the centre of the town. Shopping, massage shops and street food stalls are all close together, so a stroll after dinner is easy.

Patong Beach is 750 m from the hotel, and Bangla Road, the street of bars and nightlife, is 950 m away. Jungceylon Shopping Center is close by, and the OTOP Market is a short walk for a look at local products. Karon Beach, a separate sandy stretch to the south, is 3 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples, lies further south still.

Phuket International Airport is 25.1 km away on the same island, so the hotel is reached by road from the airport. A good day could begin on Patong Beach, continue to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha on its hill, and finish on Bangla Road after dark, when the streets are busiest.
