Freedom Beach, a smaller beach a little further along the coast, is 2.1 km from the hotel. Big Buddha, the large seated statue on a hilltop near Chalong, is 6.3 km away, and Wat Chalong, one of the island's best-known temples, lies in the same area. Dragon Night Market and Malin Plaza are both close to the hotel, so an evening stroll through the local stalls is easy to plan.

A day could begin on Patong Beach, then continue to Big Buddha in the afternoon. Phuket International Airport is 25.6 km away, and an airport transfer is available. Free parking on site makes a car useful for trips across the island, and taxis are also available. Phuket Town, with its old Sino-Portuguese streets, is further away and makes a good half-day outing.
