lebua at State Tower

The suites at lebua at State Tower all have a bathtub, and each one overlooks either the city or the river. The two-bedroom suite measures 176 m² and sleeps up to five guests. The three-bedroom suite measures 266 m² and sleeps up to seven, so there is room for larger groups.

River-view and city-view suites are both available, so the outlook can be the one you prefer. Many suites offer a choice of bed set-ups, and the two- and three-bedroom suites have an extra bathroom, and the three-bedroom suite also has an additional toilet. Each suite has its own private bathroom, and the bathrooms are equipped for a stay with bathrobes, a hair dryer and toiletries.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a poolside bar, along with a bar, restaurants, a coffee shop and 24-hour room service. Breakfast is served as a buffet, continental or vegetarian meal, and lunch and dinner are offered in the restaurant.

Parking on site is free, and there is valet parking as well as a car charging station. Guests can also arrange tours, car hire and a taxi service, and there is an airport transfer and a shuttle service.

The area mixes office towers with older shophouses, markets and temples close by, and the riverside is only a short walk away from the hotel's entrance.

Saphan Taksin BTS Station is 400 m away, and Oriental Pier is close by for boats along the Chao Phraya. Assumption Cathedral is 300 m away, a Catholic church with a long history in the Bang Rak area. Across the river, Wat Arun is 3.9 km from the hotel, with its tall prang rising above the water, while the Grand Palace, with the Temple of the Emerald Buddha inside its walls, is 4.2 km away.

A good day could start with a boat ride along the Chao Phraya to Wat Arun and the Grand Palace, then return to Silom for dinner in the hotel's restaurants and a drink at the poolside bar. Jim Thompson House, a museum in a group of traditional Thai houses, shows the art and silk collected by the American who gave it his name, and it is also worth a visit.
