The beach is about 970 m from the property, so the sea is within a short walk of the rooms. Ko Pha-ngan has no airport of its own, so air travellers usually fly to Ko Samui or Surat Thani and cross the water by boat.
Wat Khao Tham, a pagoda about 550 m away, is the nearest temple, and the Night Market is a short ride away. Diamond Muay Thai, a training gym, is also in the area. Thong Sala, the island's main town and ferry port, is 2.8 km away and has shops and services for a day in town. Samui Airport (USM) is 18.3 km away on Ko Samui, the neighbouring island, so the journey from there includes a boat crossing to Ko Pha-ngan.
A simple day can start at Wat Khao Tham, continue with a walk to the beach and end at the Night Market in the evening. For a longer outing, Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach makes a good day trip, and Thong Sala is a useful stop for seeing the island's main town.
