The villas at Layana Residence come with garden views or pool views, and several of them have a private bathroom with a bathtub. Some villas sleep up to eight guests and others up to nine, and the four-bedroom family villas suit a family travelling together.

Some villas also have air conditioning, a dishwasher and free Wi-Fi, while others come with bathrobes, a hair dryer and an electric kettle. Several villas offer a choice of bed set-ups, so each group can pick the arrangement that suits it best. The garden-view villas also include a bathtub in their bathroom, and the bathrooms of the villas with a private bathroom come with towels and toiletries.
