Lantanoblesse

Rooms at Lantanoblesse are set up for two or three guests. The rooms for two measure 23 m² and each has a king bed, and several of them look out over garden or nature views. Some rooms have a private bathroom with shower and toiletries, and one has a balcony or terrace.

Two rooms for up to three guests measure 16 m², and the Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Some rooms also have air conditioning, a coffee maker and a refrigerator, and one comes with a full kitchen.

Lantanoblesse is in the Klong Dao area of Koh Lanta, a long island in Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast. The surroundings mix small villages, bays and beaches, and the mood is quiet and low-key, shaped by the sea and by the boats that link the island to the mainland. Lanta Old Town, a traditional settlement on the island, is one of the places to visit for a change of scene from the beach.

Klong Dao Beach is 500 m away and Kantiang Bay is 750 m away, so the sea is close for a swim or a walk along the sand. The ferry pier at Sala Dan, 1.4 km from the hotel, links Koh Lanta with the mainland, and a Muay Thai complex is also close by for those interested in the sport. Krabi International Airport is 51.5 km away, and because the island is reached by sea, the last leg of the journey is by boat.

A day out to Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 20 km away, takes in islands, reefs and the waters offshore, and snorkelling or a boat trip are the usual ways to see them. In the rainy season, rough seas can cancel boat trips, so it is worth planning excursions around the weather. Between outings, the beach at Klong Dao is an easy place to spend an afternoon.
