The rooms at Lanta Sea House run from deluxe rooms on the ground and second floors to a superior garden bungalow and a superior connecting room that sleeps up to five guests. The deluxe rooms, the garden bungalow and the connecting room have air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower, and free bottled water is provided.

The island's coast has a series of sandy bays, so a beach stay here can easily include a few trips out.

Kantiang Bay, 1.2 km away, is a sheltered bay with a long sandy beach. Lanta Old Town, 13.2 km away, is a historic fishing village with a traditional atmosphere, and Khao Mai Kaew Cave, 11.9 km away, is a limestone cave on the island's hills. Long Beach, Koh Lanta, is another sandy stretch of the island's coast.

Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 19.5 km away, covers hills, forest and beaches, so it makes a full day out on its own. A good plan is a morning on Kantiang Bay followed by an afternoon at Khao Mai Kaew Cave. Back at the hotel, Klong Dao Beach is the closest place to swim, and the outdoor pool is there for the afternoon.
