Muay Thai is part of the area's life, with a stadium and a training complex close by, and a driving range is also close by.

Kantiang Bay, 1.7 km away, is another beach bay on the island, and Long Beach, Koh Lanta, is another stretch of sand close by. Lanta Old Town, 12.8 km away, is a traditional village, and the Monday Market is 350 m from the hotel as a local market for everyday shopping. Khao Mai Kaew Cave is a cave on the island.

A good day out is the Mu Ko Lanta National Park, where the Khlong Chak Waterfall is 19.1 km from the hotel, before a return to the beach in the afternoon. Krabi International Airport is 52.5 km away on the mainland, so the journey to the island ends with a boat crossing. Tours and car hire can be arranged through the property.
