The rooms at Lanta at Home run from doubles to a quadruple room, and different rooms can have a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, an in-room safe, a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV. Showers, toiletries, a hair dryer and an electric kettle are also part of the rooms.

Some rooms have a sea view and others a mountain view. Each room has its own size, capacity and bed set-up, and the quadruple room sleeps up to four guests.

Krabi International Airport is 52.3 km away on the mainland, and the island is reached by boat, so the last stage of the journey is a crossing. Ferry crossings can be disrupted by rough seas in the rainy months. A day could begin with a swim at Klong Dao Beach, continue with a walk to Long Beach, and end with a visit to Khao Mai Kaew Cave. Lanta Old Town makes an easy afternoon out, with village streets to walk through and the island's old town character close at hand.
