The hotel's Family Room measures 25 m² and sleeps up to four guests. It has air conditioning and a fan, a socket near the bed, an adapter, a mirror and a hair dryer, and guests use a shared bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels.

Santisuk Market is 150 m away and Kim Yong Market 350 m, both busy with food stalls and everyday goods, and Hat Yai Railway Station is 400 m from the hotel for travellers arriving by train. The Hat Yai Night Market is also close by, and Wat Hat Yai Nai, one of the city's best-known temples, is 1.8 km away. The Magic Eye 3D Museum, a 3D art museum, and Hat Yai Municipal Park are a little further across the city.

Hat Yai International Airport is 11.5 km away, and there is an airport transfer. A good day here could start at Santisuk Market, continue to Wat Hat Yai Nai and end with an evening at the Night Market, with the Magic Eye 3D Museum as a visit in between. The city's bus station is also in reach for onward journeys, and parking is available for guests who arrive by car.
