The rooms at Lailaresidence each measure 25 m². Air conditioning and linens are provided in the deluxe double or twin room with a balcony and in the single room. The standard rooms have a city view.

The deluxe room has two single beds and the single room has one. The standard twin and standard double rooms each sleep up to three guests.
