The villa is one house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and 400 m² of space, with a private swimming pool and a mountain view. It sleeps up to eleven guests, and guests have a choice of bed set-ups for the group.

Hair dryers, toiletries, towels and linens are provided, and the villa also has air conditioning, cable channels, a TV and a washer. A kitchen and a desk with workspace complete the villa, so longer stays can be planned around the house itself.

Wat Choeng Thale, a pagoda in the Choeng Thale area, is 1.5 km away, and Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with an evening show, is nearby. Phuket International Airport is 12.2 km away, and the island is linked to the mainland by a bridge, so a car or taxi is the most practical way to reach the main beaches.

A relaxed day could start on Bang Tao Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Choeng Thale and end at the Night Market in the evening. The Big Buddha on its hill makes a longer trip for a stop with views over the island, and the Laguna golf courses are a short drive for anyone who wants a round of golf between visits to the beach.
