The Kalantan MRT Station is 1.6 km away, and Hua Mak station on the Airport Rail Link is also close, on the line that runs from Suvarnabhumi Airport into central Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi Airport itself is 10.8 km from the hotel.

A day could start with a walk around Muang Thong Park and the local market, then continue to the Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is 14.3 km away, for its stalls and weekend crowds. Another day could take you to the old town, where the Grand Palace is 18.1 km away and Wat Arun stands on the opposite bank of the Chao Phraya. Both sit a long way from Prawet, so plan a full day for them.
