K.T Samui Residence

Rooms at K.T Samui Residence include a 26 m² Superior Room, a 25 m² Economy Room, a 21 m² Budget Double Room and a 40 m² Family Room that sleeps up to three guests. The Standard Room measures 20 m² and sleeps up to five guests, and the Single Room and the Apartment are also available for up to three guests.

Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, soundproofing, a mini bar, a refrigerator, a coffee and tea maker and a balcony or terrace. Rooms can also have a shower, a TV with satellite channels and free bottled water.

K.T Samui Residence is in Lamai, a beach area on Koh Samui where dive shops, massage places and small restaurants line the streets near the sand. Lamai Beach is about 250 m from the hotel, the nearest stretch of sand, and the hotel also has its own outdoor swimming pool. The area has the area has the everyday feel of a beach town, with food stalls and shops close by. Most of the day can be spent on foot between the sand, the small restaurants and the shops, and the island's main sights lie further along the road.

Hin Ta and Hin Yai, rock formations on the shore known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are about 750 m away. Lamai Night Market, about 1.5 km away, comes alive in the evening with food stalls and local goods. The Big Buddha, a hilltop statue about 12.7 km away, is one of the island's best-known landmarks, and Na Muang Waterfall lies inland.

Samui Airport is about 10.3 km away, and getting around the island is mostly by road. A good day could start with a swim at Lamai Beach, continue with a dive trip from one of the dive centres nearby, and end at the rocks in the late afternoon.
