Accommodation at Kokyang Estate Villa by TropicLook takes the form of villas, and several of them have a view of the pool. Some villas are fitted with air conditioning, and the bedding ranges from king and queen beds to a double bed paired with a queen bed.

Villas sleep up to seven guests. Guests in any villa can use the garden and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools of the property, and a kids club and a playground are also available.

Kokyang Estate Villa by TropicLook sits in the Rawai area of Phuket, a district that has kept much of the character of its fishing-village origins and feels quieter than the big resort beaches elsewhere on the island. Phuket International Airport is the closest airport, and the island is joined to the mainland by a bridge. Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach are both within a few kilometres, so the beaches are close without the bustle of the main resort areas.

Rawai Beach is 1.7 km away and Nai Harn Beach 1.9 km, with Rawai Pier, the ferry terminal, 1.6 km away and the starting point for boats to nearby islands. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's most revered temples, is 7.2 km away, and Big Buddha Phuket, the large white seated statue on the Nakkerd Hills, is 4.9 km away.

A day could start with a boat trip from Rawai Pier to the islands nearby, followed by time on Rawai Beach or Nai Harn Beach, and an afternoon visit to Big Buddha Phuket or to Wat Chalong. For a livelier evening, Patong Beach and its nightlife are further away on the island, and the theme park Phuket FantaSea is further still.
