Kohmook sunrise beach

The rooms at Kohmook sunrise beach share a sea view and air conditioning, and each has a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels. Rooms also come with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a coffee and tea maker, plus a dining table and free bottled water.

Koh Mook is a small island off the coast of Trang province in southern Thailand, and the resort is reached from the mainland by boat. Ko Muk Beach is 400 m from the property, while the village of Ban Koh Muk and the ferry terminal are within a few hundred metres, so the island's everyday places are close at hand. The sea is never far away on this small island.

Pawapi Beach is 450 m from the property, and Sabai Beach and Farang Beach lie farther round the island. Emerald Cave, 2.8 km away, is reached by boat and is one of the island's best-known sights, and snorkelling spots lie close to the beaches.

A good day could start with a walk to Ko Muk Beach and the nearby snorkelling spots, then continue by boat to Emerald Cave. Trang Airport is 37.1 km from the resort, and because the island has no road bridge, the last stage of the journey is by boat, so allow time for the crossing from the mainland. Because the island is small, the beaches, the village and the pier sit close together. Ko Muk Beach is the closest beach to the resort, so it is the easiest one to reach on foot.
