The rooms at Koh Yao Yai Hillside Resort include pool villas, sea-view rooms and a few rooms with a street view. Sizes run from 35 m² to 161 m², and the 161 m² Family Pool Villa with Sea View sleeps up to seven guests. The Deluxe Villa with Private Pool and the Deluxe Pool Villa With Private Pool both measure 77 m².
