Koh Tao Garden Resort

Rooms at Koh Tao Garden Resort can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a refrigerator, blackout curtains and a balcony or terrace. The superior twin and double rooms, both 36 m², have garden views, and the superior twin and double rooms are the ones with a view of the garden grounds.

Ko Tao is known for diving and snorkelling, and the village is a convenient starting point for days on the water. Boats come and go through the day, and the nearest airport, Samui Airport, is 65 km away on Koh Samui, so the last part of the trip is by boat.

Haad Ao Mae is a beach a short walk from the resort, and the Rama V Shrine, dedicated to King Chulalongkorn, stands 200 m away. Haad Sai Nuan 1 is a beach a little over a kilometre from the resort, and Haad Sairee, a long beach known for its dive shops, is also nearby. Ocean Sound Yoga is another attraction on the island, and the Love Koh Tao viewpoint is 1.7 km away.

A day could start with a swim at Haad Ao Mae, then a walk to the Love Koh Tao viewpoint, and the afternoon could be spent at Haad Sairee, known for diving. Boat crossings to and from the island can be rougher during the monsoon months, so allow for that when you plan the journey.
