Sunset Beach is the closest beach, 100 m from the resort, and the village of Ao Luboa lies 150 m away with Lu Boa Beach 250 m off. Further along the island, Ao Ting Rai Beach is 1.4 km away, and the Ban Koh Pu pier, the ferry terminal, is 3.7 km from the resort. Krabi International Airport is on the mainland, so the last part of the journey is by boat.

A good plan is to start with a walk along Sunset Beach and Lu Boa Beach, then head inland to the Khao Ko Pu peak for a look at the island's higher ground. Boat connections can be disrupted by rough seas during the monsoon months, so the day is best planned around the sea.
