Koh Jum Sea Beach Resort

The rooms at Koh Jum Sea Beach Resort are bungalows, deluxe rooms and a family room, and they sleep between two and five guests. The bungalows measure 24 m², the Deluxe rooms 37 and 38 m², and the Family room 75 m².

Bathrooms have toiletries, towels and a walk-in shower, and the Family room has a whirlpool bathtub. The Deluxe room has a sea view and the Standard room a garden view. Air conditioning is available in several rooms, and guests can choose between rooms with a beach, sea or garden view. Beds vary by room, and a choice of bed set-ups is offered in the Family and Standard rooms.

The resort has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a children's pool and a poolside bar. A restaurant, a coffee shop and room service at the resort cover meals, and breakfast is offered in Asian, buffet, continental or halal style.

Massage treatments and a solarium are on site, and the private beach is part of the grounds. Guests can also go boating, canoeing, diving, fishing, hiking or snorkelling, and tours can be arranged.

For everyday needs there is a front desk, daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing, luggage storage and a concierge. The grounds include a garden, a terrace and a playground, and there is free parking on site for guests.

Koh Jum Sea Beach Resort stands on Koh Jum / Koh Pu, an island in Krabi province on the Andaman Sea, where the coast is cut into a string of small beaches and bays. The closest beach on the island, Ao Si Beach, is 700 m away. The island is reached by boat, so the last stage of the journey is by water.

The resort's private beach is on its grounds, while the island's wider coast offers more beaches to explore. Ao Thidiaw Beach is 1.6 km away, with Yao Beach and Sunset Beach further along the coast, and the Koh Jum pier, the island's ferry terminal, is 2.9 km away. A Buddhist temple and the peak of Khao Ko Pu are also on the island, so a visit can take in both the coast and the hills.

A day here can start on the resort's own beach, with snorkelling and canoeing available at the resort, and continue by bicycle to Ao Thidiaw or Yao Beach. Bicycles and bicycle rental are available at the resort, and Sunset Beach is a longer ride away. In the rainy months the sea can be rough, which can affect boat trips to and from the island.
