The whole property is let as one private villa of 81 m², sleeping up to eight guests in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Air conditioning, a private entrance and a whirlpool bathtub are part of the villa, and the bedding can be arranged as a king bed, two or three single beds, or a sofa bed.

The villa also has a balcony or terrace, a kitchen with basics such as cookware and condiments, a washer, an iron, a desk workspace and keyless access. Children aged 2 to 7 stay free using the existing bedding, and an extra bed is subject to an additional charge.

The villa has its own car park, so guests arriving by car have somewhere to leave it on the premises.

The railway station is the closest transport link at 400 m, and the Kim Yong and Santisuk markets are close by on foot. Both markets sit in the busy shopping streets of the district, where fresh food and everyday goods are on sale on the way back to the villa.The Asean Night Bazaar is 2.5 km away, and the Magic Eye 3D Museum is 2.6 km away. Hat Yai International Airport is 10.8 km away for guests arriving by air.

A day in the area can start at Hat Yai Municipal Park, continue with a visit to Wat Hat Yai Nai and the Our Lady of Lourdes Church, and end at the night bazaar. Hat Yai's temples, churches and markets sit close enough together that a single day can take in several of them.
