Fisherman's Village is 2.5 km away, with its walking street of shops and food stalls, and the Bophut Food Market is also close.

A good day could start with a visit to the Big Buddha and the temple at Wat Plai Laem, then move to the walking street at Fisherman's Village in the evening to browse the shops and eat from the food stalls. Na Muang Waterfall lies 11.9 km inland, for guests who want to leave the coast for a day. Ferry piers at Bang Rak are close for trips to other islands.
