Khao Sok River & Jungle Resort

Many rooms at Khao Sok River & Jungle Resort look out over the garden or the river, and beds range from a single bed to double and queen beds. It is for those who want to be in the forest rather than on the coast.

Khao Sok National Park is about 500 m from the resort, and its jungle trails, waterfalls and viewpoints are the main draw of the area. Wing Hin waterfall is about 1.9 km away, and Wat Tham Panthurat, a temple, and the Elephant Sanctuary are also nearby. Surat Thani Airport is about 72.2 km away, and airport transfers are offered by the resort.

A good day here starts with a walk on the jungle trails in the national park, then a visit to Wing Hin waterfall. In the afternoon the river is a good place for kayaking or canoeing, which the resort offers, before a massage at the resort. Evenings are quiet, with the garden and the bar as the main places to spend them, and the village pharmacy and shops are a short walk away for anything you forgot to pack.
