Keereelay Lanta Resort

The rooms at Keereelay Lanta Resort include doubles with a king bed or a double bed, a deluxe room with a garden view, and rooms with a mountain view or a sea view. Several rooms sleep up to three guests.

Air conditioning, a telephone and a desk are offered in some of the rooms, and the deluxe room can be set up in a choice of bed arrangements. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Keereelay Lanta Resort is in the Pra Ae area of Koh Lanta, a long island in Krabi province on the Andaman Sea that is reached by boat from the mainland. Life here moves at an easy pace, with beaches, villages and forest trails close at hand. Long Beach lies about 900 m away, and the nearest airport is Krabi International Airport, 56.3 km away on the mainland, while Trang Airport is also on the mainland.

Lanta Old Town, 9.2 km away, is a traditional fishing village, and Khlong Khong Beach, further along the coast, is another stretch of sand along the same coastline. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 15.3 km from the hotel, covers forest and coastline and has hiking trails too. Khao Mai Kaew Cave, a limestone cave on the island, is another place to see on Koh Lanta.

A day could begin on the forest trails of the national park, then continue with time at Long Beach and a visit to Lanta Old Town in the afternoon. Diving and snorkelling are offered at the hotel for a day on the water. In the rainy months, sea conditions can make boat trips to and from the island less predictable.
