The property is let as a single apartment of 45 m², with a private bathroom that has an accessible toilet, toiletries and towels. Inside you find a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, air conditioning, a fan, and a kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator.

Big Buddha, the white seated statue on Nakkerd Hills, and Wat Chalong, one of the island's most revered temples, are both worth a visit. Patong Beach is 8.8 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 14.1 km away, so the island's main sights are a drive away from the property, and a car or taxi is the easiest way to reach them.

For a day out, start on Bang Tao's beach in the morning, then head to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the afternoon, and end the day at the Bang Tao Night Market, where food stalls and everyday goods fill the evening. Mini golf and a Muay Thai gym are both nearby, so an active morning can be combined with time on the beach, and the sea is close enough to return to after dinner.
