The rooms can have a private bathroom with a bathtub, a hair dryer and toiletries, and some have air conditioning, a closet and an ironing facility. Depending on the room, guests can also find a desk, an in-room safe, a minibar and a refrigerator.

Karon is a long sandy beach on the Andaman coast of Phuket, with hotels, shops and restaurants along the road behind the sand. The hotel is close to the beach and to the street life of the area, and the road behind the sand is lined with small hotels, cafés and shops.

Kata Beach, a neighbouring bay with a quieter feel, is 2.1 km away, and Patong Beach, a lively resort beach with nightlife along Bangla Road, is 4.7 km. The Big Buddha Phuket, a large statue on a hill, is 2.7 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 29.8 km away. Taxis and hired cars are the usual way to get around, as the sights are spread across the island.

A day could start with a walk on Karon Beach, 100 m from the hotel, and continue with a visit to the Big Buddha on its hill. In the evening, the Karon Night Market, a short walk from the hotel, has local food and snacks. If you prefer a livelier evening, Patong is a short drive north along the coast, with its bars and street life along Bangla Road, and Kata Beach makes a good half-day stop for a second beach on the same coast road.
