The whole apartment is let to guests for the stay. It measures 89 m² across two bedrooms and one bathroom, and it sleeps up to four guests. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, a washing machine, a balcony or terrace and a private pool come with it. Its balcony or terrace gives outdoor space within the apartment itself.

It makes a calmer base than Patong, the island's busiest resort town, and it is linked to the rest of the island by road.

Kata Beach is next door, and the Big Buddha, a large hilltop statue, is about 1.5 km away, reached by road from the apartment. Wat Chalong, one of the island's most important temples, lies 4.3 km off. Phuket International Airport is about 31 km away, and the last part of the trip is by road across the island. A medical clinic is close by for everyday needs.

A good day could start with a swim at Karon Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong, and end with dinner at the Karon Night Market, a short way from the apartment. Phuket FantaSea, a large cultural show and theme park, makes a full evening out for those who want to travel a little further.
