Both houses come with a private bathroom, a shower, toiletries, towels, an electric kettle, a hair dryer and a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. The Two-Bedroom House measures 120 m² and sleeps up to four guests, and the One-Bedroom House measures 55 m² and sleeps up to three.

The One-Bedroom House has air conditioning and a fan, and the Two-Bedroom House has a bathtub in its bathroom.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the home also has internet access and WiFi in its public areas. Parking is free, and there is an airport transfer and a shuttle service. Car hire is offered, and luggage storage is available at the front desk.

Several sights can be reached by road. The Big Buddha, a large white statue on the hills, is 2.9 km away, and Wat Chalong, the most important Buddhist temple on the island, is 4.5 km away. Kata Beach, a neighbouring stretch of sand, is 2.6 km away. Phuket International Airport is 29.3 km away, and the home offers an airport transfer. Getting around Phuket usually means taxis, songthaews or a scooter, and the home offers car hire and a shuttle service.

A good day could start with a swim at Karon Beach, then continue to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the afternoon, before an evening at the Karon Night Market, which is close to the home. Kata Beach makes an easy addition to the same day, with its own sand and the same road back to Karon, so the two beaches can be combined in one day.
