The hotel's rooms include a 16 m² Standard Twin Room with two single beds, a 25 m² Superior Double Room with a double bed, and a 28 m² Deluxe Double Room that sleeps up to three guests. A Deluxe Suite also sleeps up to three guests, and the hotel's rooms cover twin, double and suite layouts.

Several rooms have a city view, and the Deluxe Double Room and the Deluxe Suite both have a bathtub. The Standard Twin Room and the Superior Double Room include air conditioning and a seating area. The Superior Double Room and the Deluxe Double Room also have a refrigerator and a desk.

Kansiree Boutique House sits in Bang Yi Ruea, a residential part of Thonburi on the western bank of the Chao Phraya river, across from Bangkok's old city. The streets around the hotel are a mix of homes, small shops and temples, and the river is not far away. For visitors who want to see a residential side of Bangkok, away from the main tourist streets, the area offers a different view of the city.

Wongwian Yai BTS Station is 300 m from the hotel, and Pho Nimit BTS Station is 750 m away, both on the BTS Skytrain line that runs east towards Silom. The temples on the riverbank are the main draw: Wat Arun, with its tall, ornate spire, is 2.4 km away, and Wat Phra Chetuphon, home to a giant reclining Buddha, is 2.7 km away. The Grand Palace is 3.1 km away, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stands inside its complex.

A good day starts at the temples on the riverbank and continues to Asiatique The Riverfront, a riverside complex of shops and restaurants. Khaosan Road, the busy backpacker street, is a longer journey from the hotel, back in the old city, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large weekend market, is further out across the city.
