Ka Villa

Ka Villa is rented as a whole house, covering 240 m² across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with its own private entrance. Inside, the villa has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, satellite or cable channels, linens, towels and a hair dryer.

The house sleeps up to eight guests across its four bedrooms, and its four bathrooms have showers. The kitchen comes with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer, so guests can cook during the stay.

Ka Villa sits on Soi Laem Ka Yai in the Chalong area of southern Phuket, where the island's southern coast mixes quiet bays, temples and everyday local life. The south has calmer stretches of sand and more developed beaches, and Chalong sits between them. Patong, the island's best-known resort area, is 9.5 km away, for those who want its beaches and nightlife.

Chalong Beach is the nearest stretch of sand, 400 m from the villa. Wat Chalong, also known as Chaithararam Temple, is one of the most revered temples in Phuket and is 3.4 km away, and the Phuket Big Buddha, a large statue on a hilltop, is 3.2 km off. A night market is close by, and Chalong Pier, a boat pier in the bay, is also nearby. The bus and minibus stations are farther away, so a car or taxi is the practical way to get around the island.

A day could start with the temples of Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, then move to Chalong Beach for a swim and finish at the pier. The Phuket Botanic Garden, 3.5 km away, offers a greener change of scene from the coast. Most of the stops above are in the Chalong area, so the day can stay close to the villa.
