Rooms at K.L.Apartment include studios, a superior room and standard rooms, with single, double, queen and king beds depending on the room. Several rooms have a city view, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Several rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator, and rooms with a private bathroom have a shower. Up to three guests can stay in several of the rooms, and the Superior Room has a telephone. K.L.Apartment is in Chalong, a district in the south of Phuket island built around the bay of the same name. The area is quieter than the big beach resorts, and the everyday needs of a stay are close by, with a night market and a clinic nearby and a convenience store on site. The main beaches and the island's best-known sights are reachable by road, and the south of the island is easy to explore from here.

Chalong Beach is the nearest beach, 900 m from the apartment, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), the best-known temple in the area, is 2.8 km away. The Big Buddha, 3.1 km away on a hilltop, is one of the island's landmarks and gives wide views over the surrounding hills and coast. Kata Beach is 4.5 km away, a popular stretch of sand for swimming, and Chalong Pier, the boat pier for trips to the islands around Phuket, is close by.

A full day could start at Wat Chalong, continue up to the Big Buddha and end with a swim at Kata Beach. For a day on the water, the boats from Chalong Pier head out to the islands nearby, and the night market close to the apartment makes a short evening outing after sightseeing.
