Every room and suite on the site sleeps up to three guests and has a private bathroom with bathrobes and a hair dryer. City views come with several of the rooms, and floor areas run from 40 m² to 93 m².

Ratchada is a busy district of Bangkok, where offices, apartment blocks and street markets line the main roads. The hotel stands on Thanon Ratchadaphisek, a major road through the area, so the surroundings feel more like everyday Bangkok than the tourist centre.

The Huai Khwang MRT Station is 150 m away, and the metro links the hotel to other parts of the city. Local markets, including Huai Khwang Market and Kiat Thongchai Market, are close to the hotel. Nearby, the Ganesha shrine at the Huai Khwang intersection is 250 m away, and the Street Ratchada night market is 700 m away, with food stalls in the evening.

Further afield, the Chatuchak Weekend Market, which runs at weekends, is 3.7 km away, and Art in Paradise, a 3D art museum at the Esplanade mall, is 1.2 km away. A good day could start at Chatuchak and continue to Jim Thompson House, the teak home of the American who revived Thai silk, a museum set among traditional Thai houses. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun belong to the old city, a separate trip from the hotel, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha sits within the same complex as the Grand Palace.
